For all things candle and home fragrance making!
Sniffwicks
For this customer story, we are hearing from Joanna, the proud owner of Sniffwicks, a Luxury Candle Company that was created by herself. She wanted to create candles and wax melts which were not toxic to the environment, ensuring every ingredient she uses in her products is vegan friendly, cruelty free and does not harm the environment. Let’s take a closer look at this caring and considerate brand.
Joanna started making candles just over 18 months ago, not realizing how complicated it would be with testing different waxes, wicks and fragrances. She wanted to make something natural, cruelty free and vegan friendly and at last she has achieved this! She’s delighted with her products and wants to share them with everyone so they can enjoy them too! Joanna suffers with anxiety but she has found that making candles has really helped her. She’s really excited to introduce her new range of squeezy waxes which is amazing and she’s had some amazing feedback. Sniffwicks is a new company so she really hopes people will give her a try! So what made Joanna want to start making wax melts and candles? Joanna wanted something pure and natural and which wouldn’t affect her family and pets, so she decided to make her own home scents, knowing exactly what goes into each product.
Although Joanna is new in her business, she hopes to be successful and so far so good. Joanna now has so much stock that she has decided to open her own website for her products, ensuring she can sell more to her customers. And how does Joanna select her scents? She checks that everything is natural. cruelty free, vegan and safe for the environment. She’s tested so many fragrances and finds that she will spend more to get the top and most professional fragrances as she doesn't believe in cutting corners, especially if you want your products to smell amazing. Which is what her customers want.
